On Tuesday, March 1, a man was killed in a two vehicle wreck in Seneca.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, 66 year old Tommy Edward Roach, of the Utica community, was leaving Paw’s Diner on Clemson Boulevard together with his family shortly after 2 p.m. He was driving a 2003 Chevy Malibu.
